Trust goes both ways. Before you invest in a full consultation, we invite you to visit the practice, enjoy a coffee, get to know the place and meet the team to talk through your treatment questions and concerns.

New and existing patients can also book a free digital scan of their teeth and a free smile simulation showing how your teeth could look if straightened cosmetically — we’ll even email you the simulation to look over in your own time.

Our full new patient consultation lasts around an hour, with time to discuss your wishes and concerns. It includes a complete examination of your mouth, jaw joints, teeth, gums and smile, plus any necessary x-rays.

Once we’ve reviewed everything gathered, a planning appointment follows — often on a separate date — to walk through the treatment options available to you. Every patient receives a written estimate of costs so you can decide which course of treatment suits you best. This planning appointment is included in the consultation fee.
